Participants and guests who have travelled recently are requested to adhere to the MOH precautionary measures prior to attending classes. Thank you for your understanding.
Programmes Aikido Yoshinkan, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Judo, Mixed Martial Arts, SAMBO, Submission grappling and Wrestling for adults, children and kids. Personal protection for ladies and customised programmes are also available. Chanbara classes are overseen by Samurai Sports LLP.
Summer break Classes at the international schools and clubs will cease by end June and commence after 10 Aug. We thank you for your support and for giving us the opportunity to work with your child and look forward to working with you after the summer break. Information for the new term will be updated shortly.

Restraint and removal workshop (18-19 July) We are once again proud to host Sensei Joe Thambu's visit to Singapore. Well known for his superbly delivered workshops for the general public and security personnel, Sensei Joe brings with him the latest methods of restraint and removal to share with you. Ifugao Invitation, Philippines (14-18 June) Coach Sergey Beloglazov headed the wrestling team at the invitation of the Wrestling Federation of Philippines (WAP). This was an eye opener for our 3 athletes who performed commendably returning with a gold, a silver and 2 bronze medals. Jagsport congratulates our member representatives. Balikpapan Judo workshop (12-14 June) This year's team comprising Lim Wei Siong, Joshua Leow (SGS), and Esther Tam (AES) had an enriching experience assisting Mr. Gerard Lim with 3 half day workshops for the Balikpapan judo community. Many thanks to Mr. Michel Bigot and Total Indonesie, who helped make this event possible. Photos of their work may be viewed at the photo gallery.
Asian SAMBO c'ship (1-6 June) A record of more than 500 participants in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, vied for top positions in their respective categories. Singapore's sole representative Mohd Sulaiman returned with a well earned bronze medal in the Sport SAMBO category and an impressive silver medal in the Combat SAMBO division despite nursing a shoulder injury. Well done Sul.
BA Open c'ship (31 May) Over 40 participants competed for top positions in their respective categories. Congratulations to Erwan Calle of CIS who was awarded the outstanding player trophy. Complete results available in the news section.
Wrestling refreeing training (31 May) This workshop conducted by Coach Chung Tong Kun provided a valuable insight to both athletes and aspiring referees in preparation for regional competitions and refereeing courses. Please contact the WFS if you would like to be a certified wrestling official.

Asian Wrestling c'ship - Seniors (01-04 May) Our very own Melvynna did Singapore proud in Pattaya, Thailand, returning with a credible 5th position in her first attempt at wrestling. While Sul was unplaced in his category, he returned with a wealth of experience given the opportunity to wrestling with some of the best. Well done and keep up the good work. |

Jagsport summer camp (27-31 July) If you happen to be in town, sign up for this great activity and brush up on your judo and grappling skills overseen by enthusiastic instructors. This is also a great opportunity for newcomers to experience the wonders of judo. Participants who meet the requirements may elect to be upgraded. Register early, bring your sibling and friend and enjoy attractive rebates. Registration and information requests may be directed to Ms. Tan Hui Ling.
Budo Academy Children classes at the Budo Academy will continue throughout the summer. Some afternoon classes may be merged to optimise training. Please contact us for the latest class details.
CIS (Toh Tuck) & GES (JJK campus) Judo classes have ceased for the summer break and children who would like to continue training may join classes at the Budo Academy. Details for the new term will be distributed at a later date. Thank you for your support and we look forward to working with you again in the new term. Hollandse Club Judo activities at the Rotterdam room have ended and will commence from Sat 01 August. thank you for the opportunity to work with your child and we look forward to having you back in the new term.
