Adult & Children programmes
Grappling arts for kids from 4 years and adults. Instructions available for Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ), Judo, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Personal Protection, Sambo (Sport & Combat), Submission Grappling and Wrestling. Individual, school and corporate training also available.

Budo Academy classes
In our efforts to serve you better, we have increased and streamlined our children's classes to offer more options and convenience. The class schedule has been updated. Please contact us if you would like us to email a copy to you.

2010 Philippines BJJ International (16-17 Jan)
Grappling enthusiasts don't miss out on this great event to be held at the SM Mall of Asia, Manila. Registration details available on the BJJFP website.

Technical day camp (24 Jan)
Our 1st Children's Technical day camp for 2010 will commence at 9.30am at the Budo Academy. Hone your skills and applications. Children who meet the requirements may elect to be upgraded.

Mini Grappling competition

Validate your restraining skills at the Budo Academy. Commencing at 9am, contact us for registration details.

Children's Grappling camp

FESCOM Judo (18-20 Dec)
Congratulations to Esther Tam representing Penang, who clinched a silver medal in the U48kg women's category. Our token team comprising of Gary Chow, Joshua Leow, Natasha and Lily Ana also returned with 1 gold and 6 bronze medals. Many thanks to Justin Khoo for the invitation.

Silver for Sul
(17 Dec)
Sul takes the silver medal in the U74kg freestyle wrestling category at the SEA Games in Laos. With less than a year of training our 4 athletes gave an excellent account of themselves. Read about Sul on AsiaOne.

SEA Heartbreak for Mel
Her year long sacrifices and the difficult transition to wrestling was heart wrenching. Mel will always be an inspiration to us and is a wonderful role model. Read about her SEA Games wrestling debut on CNA.

BJJ workshop - Chico Mendes

Back once again to provide first rate instructions, participants were treated to well structured workshop, spending quality time with Chico. Check out the Kreation blog for more BJJ activities.

Grappling workshop SMUDAC
(2-4 Dec)
We had a great workshop with students from SMU over 3 days, introducing the thrills and spills of grappling. Special thanks to Bharath and his team for the opportunity to share our experiences and we look forward to establishing a relationship with SMUDAC to promote the grappling arts.

Budo Academy

CIS (TK campus) - NEW!
We are pleased to offer Judo at the school premises. Our pilot term will commence on Wed 3 Feb 2010 at 3.15pm. Contact us to register or for more information.

CIS (TT campus)
Our kids judo class will be at the Movement Room on Thu at 3.15pm. The new term will commence on 4 Feb 2010. Contact us to register or if you would like more information.

Hollandse Club
Kids Judo from 4 years old at the Rotterdam Room commencing on Sat 9 Jan 2010 (non-members welcomed). Contact us for the schedule or to register.

Swiss Club
Introductory Judo for children starting on Thu 14 Jan 2010 at 5pm at the Aerobics room. Sign up for this great activity overseen by our Principal Instructor, Gerard Lim. Contact us or the Swiss Club reception to register.
