Introduction to Judo (Programme ID: 13850)

Learn and apply basic judo skills comprising breakfalls, throws and groundwork, while honing reflexes and motor co-ordination skills. This 8 hour programme requires a minimum of 20 participants.

Introduction to Grappling (Programme ID: 13857)

Experience the best grappling techniques from SAMBO & Grappling put together to provide a challenging workout without the routines and traditions generally associated with the arts.  This programme requires a minimum of 20 participants.

Introduction to Chanbara (Programme ID: 13856)

Experience a basic sword techniques put together to provide an enjoyable and challenging workout without the routines generally associated with traditional weapons training. This programme requires a minimum of 20 participants.

Introduction to Personal Protection Programme (Program ID: 13854)

Learn effective confrontation management and personal protection skills incorporating simple and effective methods requiring light to moderate physical demands, which are easily acquired and simple to apply. This programme requires a minimum of 20 participants.
